Wonder Woman, the only saving grace of Batman vs Superman

I watched the Batman vs Superman movie with a lot of enthusiasm; I have been anticipating for more than 2 months after it was released.

I was therefore, rather cross when in the middle of the movie, I realized it was pointless. There was not story, at all. The 2 superheroes were great individually, in fact, Man of Steel and Dark Knight Rises are my favorite movies of all time.

When they clashed though, it seemed like senseless violence. I had so many questions; like at what point did Smallville and Gotham become geographical neighbors?

That did not stop me watching the entire film though; and was I glad that I did. The final fight scene featuring Batman, Superman vs giant ugly monster had an interesting twist; the introduction of Wonder Woman. And that lady can kick ass!

Played by the extremely hot Gal Gadot, the character introduced feistiness, in the darkness of the fight. Even the soundtrack changed, becoming higher-pitched, funkier, more upbeat. Even in the middle of the fight scene, the Woman smiled, displaying how much fun she was having.

And therefore, I will watch the next movie that comes out this franchise. No matter how much I did not like the story, I will wait for Wonder Woman as well as the Justice League that comes out some time next year.

Analyzing a carry trade proposal: Short USD, go long on bitcoin

I recently completed an assignment for an International Economics Policy class which entailed designing a carry trade. A carry trade is a financial transaction that involves borrowing (short) in a low interest currency, and lending (go long) in a high interest (yield) currency. I have been in the US for 8 months now, and not once have I heard anyone fart. You know how you enter a lift (elevator) when someone is leaving it, and they have this embarrassed look because they know what they did? It does not seem to happen here. In my boarding school days, evening study was a time of unusually increased farting especially on days we had meals with beans and/or cabbage for supper. We considered it normal, and it was so common, we could tell by the smell, which of our classmates had farted. I know what you are thinking, "Gross". And I understand that. Jane and Michael had always known that they would get married since they were young. But when they did get married, everyone was astonished, even though everyone had anticipated it.
